Low Stock - Means we are limited in what is on hand to ship immediately
Re-orderable Stock - are items that are generally always in stock, or available again within 2- 4 weeks.
Custom and personalized orders
Billie Lorraine is not taking on any custom work, or custom requests, at the moment due to my current production demands.
Metal Allergy -
All metals are listed in each description.
If you do not see the metal description, contact us immediately so we may further assist you.
Billie Lorraine cannot guarantee if the metal can or cannot affect you.
Metal allergies are not limited to nickel, but to other metals as well such as gold and sterling silver.
It is up to the responsibility of the buyer to know what they are allergic to or what metals they can use.
Even if a metal is known to be, or usually nickel free. There is a possibility there may be minute amounts (ppm) of nickel present as a trace element.

Will purchasing expedited shipping speed up my order -
We strive to make all our customers happy, however pending on item availability it may be difficult to rush your order.
You may contact us to ask what options might be available.
How to care for your jewelry -
- Please treat your jewelry with relative care. To maintain the pieces for years, avoid wearing the jewelry in water, and remove before sleeping or exercising.
- Chlorine from pools, repeated exposure to sweat can cause the metals to tarnish.
- Body heat can cause metal to soften, stretch and or twist over time. That is why we recommend removing jewelry before exercising and at bedtime.
- Plated items may develop a patina over time. Use a soft polishing cloth to clean these items. If "greening" occurs, it may be due to a base metal reacting with your body's PH.
Gold Filled can be cleaned with a 14kt cleaning cloth.
We do not reccomend using 14k cleaning solution. These type of solutions are very harsh on stones. Pearls will lose its luster and discolor and semi precious stones will become cloudy.
We will not warranty our jewelry for this type of damage.
Sterling Silver chain and ear wires -
I recommend only cleaning Billie Lorriane sterling silver jewelry with a sterling cleaning cloth. There are sterling silver cleaning solutions available however the solution is very harsh on pearls and semi precious stones. Pearls will lose its luster and discolor and semi precious stones will become cloudy.
We will not warranty our jewelry for this type of damage.
Gift wrapping and packaging
At this time, all items are shipped in a white standard box 3"x 3" or 2"x 3".
In addition to the box 6"x8" box that it is shipped in.
